Terms of Service

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price confirmed at the time of your order will be honored.

Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and specifications are accurate, but we cannot guarantee they are error-free.

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.

Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.

For large orders or special items, we may require a deposit before processing.

Malta Delivery: €15.00 flat rate for mainland Malta.

Gozo Delivery: €25.00 including ferry transport.

Pickup: Free pickup available from our showroom in Victoria, Gozo.

Delivery times vary depending on product availability. We will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.

For large appliances, delivery includes bringing the item to ground floor. Additional fees may apply for stair delivery or installation.

14-Day Return Policy: Under EU consumer law, you have 14 days from delivery to return unused items for a full refund.

Items must be returned in original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

To initiate a return, contact us at sales@whitebox.com.mt with your order number.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item using the original payment method.

All products come with manufacturer's warranty as specified in the product documentation.

In addition to manufacturer warranty, EU law provides a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for consumer goods.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

For warranty claims, please contact us with your order number and proof of purchase.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, White Box Appliances shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Maltese and EU law.
